Personal History Born in Sydney Australia, Jason Mokihi Tahana is the oldest of two brothers from a small military family who Jason would occasionally boast they could trace back to the 95th Rifles who helped Wellington defeat Napoleon in Spain.

During their childhood, Jason and his brother kept a friendly rivalry between one another by playing on opposite teams during school sports events, though the would critique each others performance the night after back home.

This competition, which both of them fully admitted was childish but too much fun to ever stop, continued into their adult years. While Jason enrolled in the Australian Defence Force Academy to become an Army Officer, Jacob enlisted in the navy. While at the academy, Jason chose to study history through a Bachelor of Arts program as part of his officers training.

After four years of training, Jason graduated with both his bachelor and the rank of 2nd Lieutenant. Assigned to Australia's 2nd Battalion RAR, he was sent to join his new unit in East Temor.

Over the next three years, Jason's Battalion was rotated in and out of East Temor swapping places with the 1st RAR. During one deployment, Jason's Unit was assigned to protect a Red Cross bus providing aid to those who had been forced from their homes by the conflict. During his patrol, the Red Cross bus was attacked by a Gorilla group hoping to prevent the supplies from reaching their destination. with his Captain incapacitated by a frag grenade, Jason took command and successfully defended the bus and even took two of the gorillas prisoner for later interrogation. For his actions, he was promoted to 1st Lieutenant.

After serving 3 years, Jason put in for a transfer to the Commando program. After taking a month off, he went to Western Australia to begin his Commando training. While he found the training more intense then he'd thought it would be, he was inspired to keep at it by almost weekly letters from his little brother who was serving on an ANZAC class Frigate stationed in Darwin.

Pushing though the training, Jason was to be sent to the 2nd Commando Battalion but before he left the training facility, he was approached by a representative of the ASIS, and intelligence service who were looking for agents. After giving the offer some thought Jason agreed to join.

For the next few years, Jason worked with a joint CIA/MI6/ASIS taskforce to track down and deal with drug kingpins in South America. During one mission, Jason heard about the Alien attack on practically ever major city around the world. Within moments, ASIS recalled all active agents and sent them home. On the flight back to Australia, Jason listened to every broadcast he could find in hopes of learning anything about the damage being delt to his home as his parents were both living in Sydney. After a strenuous flight back, it wasn’t until he landed in Brisbane that he found out her parents were both fine and even housing some of the local children while their parents helped deal with the fires caused by the attack.

After the attack on Earth, Jason took time off to help his parents where they needed him, while spending his own free time to use his information resources to find out what actually happened. After about a year, of digging and collating data, Jason figured the better way to find out what had happened would be to return to work.
