Command Staff (Stargate Command)
The Command Staff consists of the Commander and the Vice Commander. The Commander is ultimately responsible for the safety and welfare of the SG Team. S/he has final authority on all decisions regarding the ship and her mission. The Executive officer or XO is the commander's immediate subordinate, and is also his/her successor should the need arise.
Base Commander Ultimately responsible for the ship and crew, the Commanding Officer is the most senior officer aboard a vessel. S/he is responsible for carrying out the orders of the Generals above their position. Base Vice Commander The liaison between captain and crew, the Executive Officer acts as the disciplinarian, personnel manager, advisor to the captain, and much more. S/he is also one of only two officers, along with the Chief Medical Officer, that can remove a Commanding Officer from duty. Command Chief Command Chiefs advise the unit commanders on all enlisted matters, including all issues affecting the command's mission and operations, and the readiness, training, utilization, morale, technical and professional development, and quality of life of all enlisted members in the organization. -
United Earth Organization (Stargate Command)
The United Earth Organization is made up of a multinational democratically oversite organization. The U.E.O represent Earth and Humans alike the diplomat Liaisons stay on base or travel out with teams making sure the human race is not seen in a negative right.
UEO Head Liaison In charge of the department, head representative to the U.E.O comity and reports to the base commander directly to work along aside. Is a member of the Command Staff and sits in on all SG team meetings. Assistant Chief of Diplomatics Assists the Department head in daily operations. If the Chief of the department is for some reason not able to perform his/her duties the Assistant Chief steps forwards as Acting Chief until the Chief returns. Base Diplomatic Liaison The Base Diplomatic Liaison is a consultant for cultures coming to Earth. Base Diplomatic Liaisons consult with the American and other foreign countries to Earth. Off World Diplomatic Liaison Representing Earth and Humans the Off world Diplomatic Liaison represents the team in a positive light. -
Asgard (Alliances)
The Asgard were a highly evolved humanoid race, and were original members of the Great Alliance of four races. It was said about them: "They are a friend to all and protector of all, except the Goa'uld with whom they are at war."

Goa'uld (Hostiles)
The Goa'uld (pronounced "Go-ah-oold" or sometimes "Goold") are a parasitic race of sentient symbiote beings that take over hosts. Several species can serve as hosts, including humans and Unas. They originated on the planet designated P3X-888. They are also extremely egomaniacal due to their genetic memory and the adverse mental effects of the Sarcophagus technology. Goa'uld means "god" in the Goa'uld language. Races which did not serve them are completely destroyed without compromise or mercy whatsoever.
Supreme System Lord The Supreme System Lord was the title that the Goa'uld System Lords afforded to Ra. The title was an acknowledgement of Ra's authority, power and cunning and it allowed him to be recognized as the nominal Emperor of the Goa'uld and the leader of the Goa'uld Empire, though the other System Lords continued to try to overthrow Ra. Supreme Commander Supreme Commander is a military rank among the Asgard. Thor is titled Supreme Commander of the Asgard fleet, acknowledging his position as the Asgard's commander-in-chief.
The Goa'uld System Lord Ba'al later styled himself Supreme Commander of the Goa'uld Empire, essentially taking over the functions that Ra held as Supreme System Lord.System Lord The System Lords are the dozen or so of the ruling class in the Goa'uld hierarchy, who function as the leadership of the Goa'uld Empire. -
SG Field Unit (Stargate Command)
SG Field Unit - SG Field units are usually composed of four members, but some units have been known to have more or less. Each unit is designated as SG-x, where x is the unit number. Some SG teams are designed for specific functions, such as first contact, military backup, engineering, archaeological expeditions, or diplomacy.
SG-8 Member A member of SG-8. -
The Flagship team of Stargate Command. Capable of carrying out missions and orders directed to them. Their primary focus is to all types of missions.

Is a field unit apart of Stargate Command. Capable of carrying out missions and orders directed to them. Their primary focus is to exploration, research, and search & rescue.
SG-2 Leader Leader of the Unit. SG-2 Member A member of SG2. -
Is a field unit apart of Stargate Command. Capable of carrying out missions and orders directed to them. Their primary focus is to marine combat unit and search & rescue.

Jaffa (Alliances)
Slaves of the Goa'uld, the Jaffa are humans from many different worlds, most of whom have been implanted with larval Goa'uld symbiotes. Jaffa have a great sense of honor and nobility backing their oppressed history. Due to their oppression by the Goa'uld, many have become strong and self-sufficient on the battlefield.

Hak'tyl Resistance
The Hak'tyl Resistance was a group of female Jaffa who once belonged to the Goa'uld Moloc. When Moloc decreed that only male Jaffa would survive, having begun to believe that the female Jaffa were weaklings, Ishta, one of Moloc's high priestesses organized an underground movement to spirit infant girls to Hak'tyl.

Archeology (Stargate Command)
The Branch of anthropology studies people and their cultures on off world planets and catalogs them back on base for further study of the culture and its people. Civilans play an important role in this department because Armed forces usually don't have jobs in Archeology.
Chief Archaeologist Studies people and cultures of off world planets. Shares and discusses the human race with other cultures off world. In addition, they are in charge of the department and report to the Executive Officer. Is a member of the Senior Staff. Assistant Chief Archaeologist Studies people and cultures of off world planets. Tokxra (Alliances)
The Tok'ra are a philosophical race of sentient symbiote beings who are related to the Goa'uld but object to their ways. They had viewed the former System Lords as morally objectionable to be allowed to remain, with their name deriving from the Goa'uld words "tok", meaning "against" and the name of the Supreme System Lord Ra.

Linguistics (Stargate Command)
Linguists are the people that can communicate in different languages with other cultures. Both Military and Civilians are employed to do this.
Chief of Linguistics A person who speaks more than one language. Most linguists specialize in languages. The Linguist some times does more than English and one other languages. In addition, they are in charge of the department and reports to the Executive Officer. Is a member of the Senior Staff. Assistant Chief of Linguistics A person who speaks more than one language. SGC Medical Staff (Stargate Command)
From headaches to major surgery, the SGC Medical Staff is employed to serve the personnel who work at the SGC. They handle everything from inoculations and pre- and post- mission medical checkups, to being on hand for base and off-world medical emergencies.
Chief of Medical In charge of the department and reports to the Executive Officer. Is a member of the Senior Staff. Assistant Chief of Medical Assists the Department head in daily operations. If the Chief of the department is for some reason not able to perform his/her duties the Assistant Chief steps forwards as Acting Chief until the Chief returns. Physician The Physician stays on the base in the infirmary and assists the Chief of Medical and the Assistant Chief. Field Medic Travels out into the field with the Stargate Teams. The Field Medic is the expert in Emergency Medicine. Forensic Specialist Forensic experts apply scientific principles and methods to the analysis, identification, and classification of physical evidence relating to criminal (or suspected criminal) cases. They do much of their work in laboratories, where they test and analyze evidence and then record the results. -

SGC Department of Research and Development (Stargate Command)
Several scientists in diverse fields of study are employed at Stargate Command to support the various missions through the Stargate. From archeaology to zoology, there is probably a scientist on the base who can assist in the Stargate Program's mandate of establishing alien alliances and procuring advanced technology in the defense of Earth.
Research and Development Director Research and Development Director directs and implements an organization's research and development policies, objectives, and initiatives. Ensures research and development activities will maintain an organization's competitive position and profitability. Assistant Chief of Science Assists the Department head in daily operations. If the Chief of the department is for some reason not able to perform his/her duties the Assistant Chief steps forwards as Acting Chief until the Chief returns. Botanist Specializing in the study of plants the Botanist catalogs data of off world plants as with studies plants. Geologist Studies the liquid and matter that makes up off world planets. Astrophysicist They look up towards the stars. These specialist look at start maps and charts and try to figure out new places to travel. They also keep the catalog up to date on past visited planets. -

Maintenance and Communications (Stargate Command)
When something needs fixing these are the people men and women, military and civilian that get called. Technicians are responsible for the fixing computer systems, to the stargate, and even sending in UAVs & MALPs.
Chief of Engineering In charge of the department and reports to the Executive Officer. Is a member of the Senior Staff. Assistant Chief of Engineering Assists the Department head in daily operations. If the Chief of the department is for some reason not able to perform his/her duties the Assistant Chief steps forwards as Acting Chief until the Chiefs return. Chief of the Deck The Chief of the deck is in charge of the deck crew. He reports to the Chief of Engineering. Engineering Specialist Deck Crew A Deck crew member is your grease monkey. They maintain, test, and check the X203s. Stargate Specialist A Stargate Specialist knows how to maintain and test the Stargate. If the Stargate is not working they know the best means of trouble shooting. DHD Specialist The Dialer for the Stargate, the DHD is an ancient system that the humans rebuilt and made current to computers. The DHD specialist knows how to troubleshoot and dial the DHD. UAV/MALP Specialist Before Stargate will send a team through they will send in a UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) or a MALP (Mobile Analytic Laboratory Probe) a wheeled robot. The Specialist sends the device in and collects data and Intelligence for the team to use. Communications Specialist Responsible for all communication equipment the Communications Specialist can travel with the team or stay on base. They report to the front lines of the field and can send information to the team and vise versa. -

SGC Security Personnel (Stargate Command)
Stargate Command (SGC) has many people working at the base who never go through the Stargate, but are very important in ensuring the safety of the base.
Chief of Military In charge of the department and reports to the Executive Officer. Is a member of the Senior Staff. Assistant Chief of Military Assists the Department head in daily operations. Weapons Specialist The Weapons Specialist is the master of all weapons, US and foreign, and off world. They train in small and heavy weapons and assist others in weapons training. Engineering Specialist A very crucial member of the team is the Engineering Specialist is your demolitions man. Able to do land and underwater demolitions and navigation as with fortification and sabotage. Infiltration Specialist When you need to get in undetected the Infiltration can get him/herself and the team in. Sometimes the Infiltration specialist works alone and done specialized mission. While they can get in they can get out as well. Expert in rescue operations as well s/he can get in and out of any area. -
